TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the provision of advisory and expert services to align the Contracting Authority’s cyber security management system with the requirements of the Cyber Security Act, the implementing regulations adopted on the basis of the aforementioned Act, the Decree on Cyber Security, and the requirements of Directive (EU) 2022/2555 (NIS2). The service includes the preparation and establishment of the required documentation, policies, by-laws, procedures, methodologies and plans that govern information and cyber security management, cyber risk management, management of security events and incidents, business continuity, and the protection of information and communication systems and operational technology (OT), including medical and laboratory equipment. Services for the alignment of the cyber security management system with the requirements of the NIS2 Directive within the project CyberSecCroHealth (GA 101249506)
