TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement includes the project management service for the construction and furnishing of the Dragutin Kušlan Primary School, in accordance with the applicable regulations, this Procurement Documentation, and the Cost Schedule. The scope in question comprises a newly formed parcel, cadastral parcel no. 1863/1, cadastral municipality Peščenica. On the common plot there will be the Dragutin Kušlan Primary School and the existing building of III. Gymnasium. Pursuant to the provisions of the General Urban Plan (GUP) of the City of Zagreb, in densely populated areas, i.e., in already formed settlements, the size of the school construction plot is at least 20 m2 per student. The newly formed plot is sufficient for the needs of III. Gymnasium—max 672 students—and for the Dragutin Kušlan Primary School with planned 448 students. The existing school is located on the eastern part of the plot, while the construction of the Primary School is planned on its western, separated part.
