TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is health inspection services for workers who work at night, in accordance with the description and quantities specified in the Bill of Quantities and in this Procurement Documentation. The Contracting Authority is required to ensure safety and health protection for night and shift workers in accordance with the nature of the work performed, as well as protective and preventive measures that correspond to and are applied to all other workers and are available at all times, in accordance with Article 72(3) of the Labour Act (Official Gazette NN 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22, 46/23, 64/23) and the Ordinance on the content, method and time limits for health inspections of night workers (Official Gazette NN 32/15).
