TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the supply and installation of a new compressor cooling system (ammonia-based) including a waste heat recovery system from compressors for the production of domestic hot water (DHW), i.e. replacement of the existing central ammonia cooling system; provision and installation of a temporary replacement source of cold, including temporary chilled water cooling pipe systems, for the period of the machine room reconstruction and their connection to the existing chilled water consumers, and commissioning of the replacement cooling system; complete shutdown of the ammonia refrigeration equipment, dismantling of steel chilled water pipework, complete dismantling of the existing ammonia refrigeration equipment for construction works in the machine room; installation of the new ammonia refrigeration machine room equipment including a new condenser, including connection to the new chilled water distribution line; installation of part of the electrical wiring and instrumentation and control (MaR), installation of the propylene glycol pipework distribution for the cold rooms including the coolers in the cold-room premises; commissioning of the new ammonia…
