TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the supply and installation of a new compressor cooling system (ammonia) including a system for using waste heat from compressors for the preparation of domestic hot water (DHW), i.e. replacement of the existing central ammonia cooling system; provision and installation of a temporary substitute source of cooling, including temporary chilled-water piping systems, during the boiler room renovation, and their connection to the existing chilled-water equipment and commissioning of the substitute cooling system; complete shutdown of the ammonia cooling equipment, removal of the steel chilled-water piping systems, and complete dismantling of the existing ammonia cooling equipment for construction works in the boiler room; installation of the new boiler-room ammonia cooling equipment including a new condenser, including connection to the new chilled-water supply line; installation of part of the electrical wiring and instrumentation and control (MaR), installation of the piping distribution for propylene glycol to refrigerating units including coolers in the cold-storage rooms; commissioning the new ammonia cooling, termination of operation of the…
