TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the improvement of ventilation in building No. 19 WWSM Piła, including the replacement of components and elements installed on the roof. This means the dismantling of components and elements of the devices specified in the further part, that are worn/ damaged, as well as the purchase, delivery and installation of new components and elements of the same or different types, approved by the Contracting Authority at the stage of the procedure, with the same or better significant parameters and durability, ensuring the proper operation of the devices of which they are a part and their cooperation with other systems, primarily the BMS. Necessary adjustments of mechanical sizes as well as control and monitoring of the replaced components and elements are also envisaged after completion of the above-mentioned works. In addition, to ensure proper operation of the actuators of the intake dampers—being replaced, as well as, as a precaution, of those that are functional—it is necessary to carry out maintenance of the damper mechanisms, i.e. cleaning the shafts made of plastic and the seats of the moving louvres.
