TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive catering service during an event entitled “XVII Festival of the Traditions of Lower Silesia” organised at the Wrocław Opera at ul. Świdnicka 35 in Wrocław on 7 November 2026. The service includes preparing, transporting, carrying in, serving meals and beverages, ensuring waiter service, catering equipment, tableware, and devices for maintaining the appropriate temperature of dishes, arranging the tables, ongoing maintenance of cleanliness, and cleaning the place where the service is provided after its completion. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its performance have been specified by the Contracting Authority in the Draft Contract, in particular in the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting Annex No 1 to the Draft Contract, together comprising Annex No 8 to the SWZ.
