TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of an advisory service for the Contracting Authority and the team of the IOB Network Council carrying out tasks related to the functioning of the IOB network, consisting in ensuring specialist substantive support in the process of assessing enterprises from the micro, small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector applying to take part in the Project, in particular by:• carrying out an in-depth substantive assessment of the Application Forms / Applications for support submitted by enterprises from the micro, small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector, qualified for the substantive assessment stage;• preparing opinions and recommendations regarding the assessed enterprises;• participation in the process of verifying information provided by enterprises;• conducting, in justified cases, site visits at enterprises;• formulating conclusions and recommendations supporting the IOB Network Council in assessing the potential of enterprises and selecting entities eligible to receive support.
