TENDER DESCRIPTION

Service concerning providing accommodation, catering/meal service, coffee service and a training room for participants of a conference organized in Sierpc on 08-09.10.2026. The subject matter of the contract is a service concerning providing accommodation, catering/meal service, coffee service and a training room for participants of a conference organized by the Contracting Authority in Sierpc on 08-09.10.2026. The subject matter of the contract includes: a) accommodation in a hotel with at least a 3-star standard, located in Sierpc, for 149 people, b) providing full board/complete meal service for 150 conference participants, c) providing continuous coffee services served for 150 conference participants, d) renting a conference room for the purposes of organizing the conference, e) ensuring the possibility to carry out the planned museum workshops that form an integral part of the conference programme, which will take place at the Muzeum Wsi Mazowieckiej (Museum of Mazovian Countryside) in Sierpc.
