TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a group life insurance service for employees of the District Court in Szczecin, functional courts from the area of the District Court in Szczecin, and their spouses and adult children. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 2 to the ToR. The age and gender structure of all employees of the Contracting Authority is included in Annex No. 8 to the ToR. 2. The contract is intended to be financed from the own funds of the employees of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority will be the payer of all amounts due to the Contractor. The unit cost of the service for one enrolled person will be borne by the employee through monthly deductions from their salaries or other payments. 3. The Contracting Authority does not guarantee that all employees will join the group life insurance program. Changes in the number of persons covered by the program may occur during the term of the contract. If an employee or a family member of the employee withdraws from the insurance, the Contracting Authority is not obliged to make payments on their behalf. 1.
