TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is a group life insurance service for employees of the Regional Court in Szczecin, functional courts within the area of the Regional Court in Szczecin, and their spouses and adult children. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The age-and-gender structure of all employees of the Ordering Party is contained in Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. 2. The contract is intended to be financed from the Ordering Party’s employees’ own funds. The Ordering Party will be the payer of the full amounts due to the Contractor. The unit cost of the service for each reported person will be borne by the employee by making monthly deductions from their remuneration or other payments. 3. The Ordering Party does not guarantee that all employees will join the group life insurance program. During the term of the contract, changes may occur in the number of persons covered by the program. If an employee or a family member of the employee resigns from insurance, the Ordering Party is not obliged to pay the fees on their behalf. 1.
