1. The subject of the contract is a service of group life and health insurance for employees of the University of Rzeszów in Rzeszów and their family members. 2. Type of contract: service. 3. The subject matter of the contract is classified under the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 66510000-8 - insurance services. a) 66511000-5 (life insurance services) b) 66512200-4 (health insurance services) 4.
