The subject of the contract is: A group life insurance service for employees and members of employees’ families of the Specialist Psychiatric Healthcare Team named after Prof. Antoni Kępiński in Jarosław. 2. The Contracting Authority does not guarantee that all employed persons and members of the Contracting Authority’s employees’ families will join the group life insurance. 3. During the term of the insurance period, changes may occur in the number of insured persons. 4.
