TENDER DESCRIPTION

Hotel and catering service for a conference for a group of about 125 people on 8–9 April 2027. The procedure to which this SWZ refers is identified by the following sign: TO.260.18CM.2026. In all contacts with the Contracting Authority, Contractors should refer to the above-mentioned designation. The proceedings are conducted as: “hotel and catering service for a conference for a group of about 125 people on 8–9 April 2027”. The Contractor shall ensure the organization of the meeting (including accommodation and catering services) in a hotel with at least four stars (in accordance with Article 37(1) of the Act of 29.08.1997 on hotel services and services of tour guides and tourist guides /i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1944/ and with the announcement of the Minister of Sport and Tourism of 26.10.2017 on the publication of the consolidated text of the regulation of the Minister of Economic Affairs and Labour on hotel facilities and other facilities in which hotel services are provided /Journal of Laws of 24.11.2017, item 2166/). The facility where the meeting will take place should be located in the vicinity of Warsaw, i.e. at a distance of no more than 150 km from Warszawa…
