The subject of the contract is to perform the function of a substitute investor for the task entitled “Reconstruction of sections of Mazowiecka Street and Lubelska Street along with the intersection”. 2. The contract includes supervising the preparation of design documentation and its verification and providing investor supervision over the execution of construction works in the scope of reconstruction of the intersection of Lubelska and Mazowiecka Streets under the “design and build” system, as well as providing investor supervision over the execution of construction works in the scope of reconstruction of sections of Lubelska and Mazowiecka Streets under the “build” system.
