TENDER DESCRIPTION

3.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive Contract Engineer service, hereinafter “CE”, for the implementation of the specified investment, including managing and coordinating the execution of the construction works contract, performing multi-discipline investor supervision, monitoring quality, scope, timeliness and settlements, managing changes and claims, coordinating acceptances, tests and commissioning trials, and providing support to the Contracting Authority until the end and settlement of the investment. 3.2. “WRB” shall mean the contractor of construction works selected in the procedure PT.2370.1.2026. CE shall operate in the interest of the Contracting Authority, within the scope of powers granted to it, without taking over the obligations or responsibility of WRB, the construction manager, the heads of works, the designer, the author’s supervision, or the Contracting Authority. 3.3. Investor supervision inspectors shall perform the duties and use the powers resulting from the Act – Construction Law, and CE’s contractual scope shall supplement those duties with the organizational, control, settlement, reporting and acceptance activities…
