TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of services (works) related to maintaining water structures in full technical efficiency, operating and conserving water structures and maintaining sections of the natural watercourse channels in order to ensure: 1) flood protection, 2) ice drift and counteracting the formation of adverse ice phenomena, 3) conditions for the use of waters, including maintaining the water level at a level enabling the operation of water structures, bridge structures, pipelines and other structures, 4) operation of water structures, in particular ensuring their appropriate technical and functional condition, including ensuring conditions for the flow of waters in accordance with the applicable water-law permits. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for the given part of the contract, with illustrative maps and bill-of-quantities cost estimates, is provided in Appendix No 9 to the SWZ and Appendix No 10 to the SWZ – the contract template.
