TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) Part 1: The subject of the contract is the investor supervision service over the task entitled "Construction of connections from Zielona Street in Iława" in Iława. The subject of the contract includes exercising investor supervision over construction works specified in the design documentation, as well as cooperation with the Contracting Authority in order to effectively enforce from the contractor the execution of the above-mentioned works, activities, in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s requirements, including the design documentation, using appropriate quality of materials and technologies, settlement of the works based on the contractual costs of their execution and completion of the works within the time set forth in the contract. a) Investor supervision includes supervision over construction works specified in proceeding no. ZP.271.28.2026 – part 2 entitled "Construction of connections from Zielona Street in Iława".
