TENDER DESCRIPTION

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract concerning Lot No 1, in Appendix No 4 to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions and in Appendix No 11.1 – List of tools for Lot 1. The Contracting Authority requires participation in a site visit, in accordance with the provisions contained in point 4.11. of the SWZ. Participation in a site visit is a condition for submitting a tender in the procedure, and failure to attend the site visit will result in rejection of the tender. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with point 4.14. of the SWZ, reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform the key tasks, i.e. kitchen assistance activities and housekeeping assistance. At the same time, the Contracting Authority allows the possibility of subcontracting the remaining part of the contract to a subcontractor or subcontractors.
