TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service for the comprehensive organization of an off-site networking meeting for stakeholders of the Świętokrzyskie Innovation System and project staff, from 15 to 20 November 2026, to Finland. 2. Place of contract execution: Finland. 3. The off-site networking meeting will take place on dates (chosen by the Contractor): between 15 November 2026 and 20 November 2026 (a period of 5 days, including departure from Poland and return to Poland), provided that one of the days will be dedicated to participation in the Slush 2026 event, which takes place between 18-19 November 2026. 4. The Contracting Authority assumes a maximum number of participants in the off-site networking meeting of 15 people. The number of participants may be reduced to a minimum of 10 people. The Contractor calculates the gross offer price assuming the maximum number of visit participants, i.e. 15 people, whereas settlements will be made for the actual number of visit participants.
