TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the “Service – repair and technical support of the SKYctrl unmanned aerial vehicle detection and countermeasure system in the years 2026 – 2029” – quantities according to the needs of SZ RP, carried out in accordance with the procurement documents. 2. The services that are the subject of the contract in the years 2027, 2028 and 2029 will be performed provided that the Contracting Authority receives by the end of December, respectively for the years 2026, 2027 and 2028, confirmation from the Logistics Authority of the allocation of funds for the given budget year. After receiving confirmation that funds referred to above are available, the Contracting Authority shall promptly notify the Contractor that it is necessary to perform the scope of the Agreement scheduled for the years 2027, 2028 and 2029, respectively. 3.
