TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is a print management service for the Tax Administration Authority in Lublin and its subordinate organisational units. 2. Performance of the subject matter of the contract includes: 1) leasing and comprehensive servicing of 470 units of stationary multifunctional and printing devices, including printing devices for envelopes and return forms (blank forms) for acknowledgements of receipt; 2) leasing and comprehensive servicing of 13 units of mobile thermal printers; 3) comprehensive servicing of 131 units of the Contracting Authority’s stationary devices; 4) providing consumables for 76 units of the Contracting Authority’s inkjet mobile printers and 14 units of stationary printers used by the Contracting Authority, the owner of which is the Lublin Board for the Handling of Border Crossings in Chełm; 5) providing consumables (A4 thermal paper) for 5 units of the Contracting Authority’s own mobile thermal printers; 6) ensuring the ability to print, print on envelopes and return forms with acknowledgements of receipt, and to copy and scan documents on the leased devices (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor’s devices) and on the Contracting…
