TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is a print management service for the Tax Administration Chamber in Lublin and subordinate organizational units. 2. The performance of the contract includes: 1) leasing and comprehensive service support for 470 stationary multifunction and printing devices, including printing devices for envelopes and return receipt slips (blank forms for acknowledgement of receipt); 2) leasing and comprehensive service support for 13 mobile thermal printers; 3) comprehensive service support for 131 stationary devices of the Contracting Authority; 4) provision of consumables for 76 inkjet mobile printers of the Contracting Authority and 14 stationary printers used by the Contracting Authority, whose owner is the Lublin Office for Handling Border Crossing in Chełm; 5) provision of consumables (A4 thermal paper) for 5 of the Contracting Authority’s own mobile thermal printers; 6) ensuring the ability to print, to print on envelopes and return receipt slips (acknowledgements of receipt), and to copy and scan documents on the leased devices (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor’s devices) and on the Contracting Authority’s own devices (hereinafter referred…
