TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of the contract is the Service for the collection and disposal of liquid waste from military complexes in 2027, divided into 8 parts. Part 1 – Collection and disposal of liquid waste - NIEZNANY BÓR 4The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act, provides for awarding a contract by negotiated procedure without publication (freely negotiated procedure) consisting in the repetition of similar services up to 88% of the contract value consisting in the repetition of similar services within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the base contract in the event of an increased number of exercises, troop groupings and any events requiring sanitary security.
