TENDER DESCRIPTION

Service for collection, transport and management of municipal waste of the Health Care Team in Strzyżów. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service including: collection, transport and management of municipal waste listed in Appendix No 1/1A – “Price Form”. The subject of the contract are wastes with the following codes: 20 03 01 – Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, 15.01.01 – Segregated waste (paper + cardboard) 15.01.07 – Segregated waste (glass) 15.01.06 – Segregated waste (plastics). Loading of waste from the place where it is stored at 700-lecia 1 street, ensuring transport in accordance with the regulations applicable in the Republic of Poland, transport of waste from the place where it is stored to the place of waste management. Detailed conditions are described in the draft contract. The Contracting Authority allows submission of a variant offer, in which independent transport of segregated waste to the place where it is stored by the Contracting Authority is provided, if this is associated with savings for the Contracting Authority. In such case, the price form for the VARIANT OFFER – Appendix No 1A to the SWZ should be completed.
