The subject of the contract is a service for the collection, transport and management of municipal waste with the codes 20 03 01, 20 01 01, 20 01 39, 20 01 02 generated at the registered premises of the General Hospital in Wysokie Mazowieckie, at the Care and Treatment Facility in Ciechanowiec and at the Rehabilitation Wards in Krzyżewo, as well as the delivery of containers and bags for their storage in the quantity provided:Container requirement for waste code 20 03 01:- General Hospital in Wysokie Mazowieckie: PA 1100 L containers - 5 pcs,Container requirement for waste code 20 01 01:- General Hospital in Wysokie Mazowieckie: PA 1100 L containers - 1 pc,When collecting waste with codes 20 01 39 and 20 01 02, the Contractor, at the time of collection, leaves at least the minimum number of bags of the given colour (for example, if 5 bags of yellow colour are collected, the Contractor leaves 5 bags of yellow colour).Package No 1 – Municipal waste applies to the following facility: General Hospital in Wysokie Mazowieckie, ul.
