TENDER DESCRIPTION

Service for collection, transport and recovery of waste with code 19 12 12 or 19 12 10 1. The subject of this contract is the service of collection and recovery in process R1 and/or R12 of waste with code 19 12 12 (pre RDF) or 19 12 10 (combustible waste - alternative fuel) - plastic waste, other waste remaining after waste segregation on the sorting line, together with the transport service of waste from RZUOK Rypin sp. z o.o. in Puszcza Miejska, gm. Rypin. 2. The quantity of waste with code 19 12 12 or 19 12 10 planned for collection, transport and recovery, during a period of six (6) months from the entry into force of the contract (estimated start – October 2026) amounts to 400 Mg. Waste in the form of pressed bales/blocks. 3. Waste collection will take place successively, depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority. 4. The subject matter of the contract is specified in detail in the attachments to the SWZ: Appendix No 2 (Draft provisions of the contract) and Appendix No 1 (Description of the subject matter of the contract).
