Service for the preparation of design and cost-estimation documentation for the investment project at 46 and 46a Kopernika Street in Olsztyn, together with the performance of author’s supervision 1. The subject matter of the contract in the basic contract comprises preparing and delivering to the Contracting Authority design and cost-estimation documentation, hereinafter referred to as the Documentation; obtaining and delivering to the Contracting Authority the permits and other administrative decisions required by law and by the needs of the Contracting Authority for the investment project at 46 and 46a Kopernika Street in Olsztyn (in short: the basic contract), together with author’s supervision as an option right. 2. The performance of a comprehensive service within the basic contract, in particular includes: 1) carrying out an architectural and structural inventory (inwentaryzacja) of the building located at 46 Kopernika Street in Olsztyn; 2) expanding the existing architectural concept prepared for the building at 46A Kopernika Street so as to cover the adjacent building, i.e. the building at 46 Kopernika Street, while maintaining functional, spatial and technical coherence,…
