TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive development and implementation of the second edition of the promotional campaign and media support promoting the assumptions of the PPO WSL 2030 project, the Network of Regional Specialist Observatories, the Entrepreneurial Discovery Process, and good practices of SMEs in the areas of smart specializations of the Silesian Voivodeship. 2. The description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex No. 3 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ)/Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contract Provisions. 3. The draft contract provisions regarding the above public procurement, which will be incorporated into the contract, are contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and Annex No. 3 to the PPU. 4.
