TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in organizing and operating the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point and the Mobile Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (hereinafter respectively: PSZOK and MPSZOK), resulting from the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), hereinafter referred to as “ucpg”. 2. The contract will be performed in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 1.
