TENDER DESCRIPTION
Numbering in accordance with the SWZ 4.1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for an intermediation service for the purchase of software licences from Microsoft within the MPSA (Microsoft Products and Services Agreement) sales programmes. 4.2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ and in the essential provisions of the contract Annex 5 to the SWZ.
