TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: "Service for managing water and sewage systems for the Głębokie and Jaworze EDCA complexes." 1. The subject of the contract should be performed based on the description of the subject of the contract attached to the ToR. The list of works and other documents used to describe the subject of the contract should be treated as auxiliary material. Based on the above documents, the Contractor will independently determine the value of the works and present it in the offer form. 2. The Contracting Authority requires, during the contract execution period, the employment by the contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract of persons performing activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of contract execution, if the performance of these activities consists of work carried out in the manner defined in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labor Code (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1465), i.e.: - All works covered by the subject of the contract.
