TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is services consisting in: 1) For Part 1 of the procedure: a) Storing at a parking lot of vehicles removed under Article 50a and Article 130a from the area of the City of Bielsko-Biała and acquired through inheritance by the City of Bielsko-Białab) storing at a guarded parking lot, vehicles removed from the road under Article 50a and Article 130a of the Road Traffic Law (bicycle, moped, motorcycle, vehicle with a permitted total mass up to 3.5t, vehicle with a permitted total mass above 3.5t up to 7.5t, vehicle with a permitted total mass above 7.5t up to 16t, vehicle with a permitted total mass above 16t, electric scooter or personal transport device), c) storing vehicles acquired through inheritance by the City of Bielsko-Białad) performing by the Contractor photographs documenting the condition of the vehicle on the day it is removed, e) duly securing vehicles with accident-related damage, f) ensuring round-the-clock supervision over the stored vehicles, for the entire period of storing the vehicles in the parking lot, g) ensuring the possibility of collection of vehicles 24 hours a day by persons authorised to collect them, h) enabling…
