TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in: - carrying out twice a year (every 6 months) maintenance and inspections of alarm systems and devices (SA), access control systems (SKD) and television surveillance systems (TSN), and once a year electronic key depositaries (EDK), - ensuring technical emergency service (service) with a response time involving attendance at the military unit (JW) within up to 4 hours from the time of reporting a failure (receiving from the JW a written notification of the failure), invoiced on the basis of an agreed rate per man-hour, - providing repair services for devices covered by the subject of the contract, in the scope of eliminating failures of the aforementioned systems and their components, invoiced on the basis of an agreed rate per man-hour - replacing parts, subassemblies and devices, carried out after acceptance by the Contracting Authority of the offer presented by the Contractor, invoiced within the limits of the available financial resources.
