TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is: 1.1. provision by the Contractor of a Service consisting in making available a high-resolution satellite data review, aimed at identifying changes on reference plots and supporting the ongoing updating of the LPIS database by using satellite imagery to detect and analyse those changes in selected areas, described in detail in Annex No. 1 to the ppu and meeting the requirements specified in the ppu, 1.2. provision of the Service in the Polish language, 1.3. providing the Contracting Authority with user documentation necessary to use the Service, describing at least the available functionalities and how to use the Service, prepared in the Polish language, by the Service start-up deadline. The Contracting Authority allows providing a link to a page containing the documentation referred to in the preceding sentence, 1.4. conducting by the Contractor training on operation and available functionalities of the Service for 20 users (1 user = 1 licence) indicated by the Contracting Authority.
