TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Name of the contract: “Service for the transport of persons with disabilities within the City of Kraków Municipality”. 2. The subject matter of the contract is the transport of persons with disabilities residing within the City of Kraków Municipality, under the terms set out in the contract template and in the annexes thereto (in particular in Annex No 2 to the contract template, i.e. the regulations for the transport of persons with disabilities). The transport is carried out exclusively within the City of Kraków Municipality. The planned scope of transport is defined by the number of approximately 816 000 transport kilometres, including: - year 2026 – 34 000 transport kilometres, - year 2027 – 408 000 transport kilometres, - year 2028 – 374 000 transport kilometres. For the purposes of this contract, transport means travel with at least one authorised person with a disability. 3.
