TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the preparation of all-day meals for patients and their delivery using the contractor’s own means of transport to hospital wards located within the area of the Provincial Team of Healthcare Facilities, Centre for the Treatment of Lung Diseases and Rehabilitation in Łódź, ul. Okólna 181, on a catering basis. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been set out in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ 2. The meals shall be prepared in the contractor’s premises in accordance with the nutrition standards and rules assigned to healthcare units, taking into account diets, strictly according to the contracting authority’s needs, under the HACCP system. The contractor shall deliver the meals using its own means of transport and at its own risk to the hospital wards—ward kitchens located in the aforementioned hospital facility. The contracting authority reserves the right that it is possible to include the location Łódź, ul. Wycieczkowa 86; the above change will not require an amendment to the contract.
