Service for the Allura Xper FD 20 angiograph together with the Flex Cardio physiomonitoring system for the needs of the Cardiology Department II of the Poviat Specialist Hospital in Stalowa Wola 1. The subject of the contract is the service for the Allura Xper FD 20 angiograph together with the Flex Cardio physiomonitoring system for the needs of the Cardiology Department II of the Poviat Specialist Hospital in Stalowa Wola for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, in accordance with the Tender Form – Annex No 1 to the SWZ, the Price Form – Annex No 2 to the SWZ, the Description of the subject matter of the contract – Annex No 3, and the requirements set out in the SWZ.
