TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the service of preparing 72 valuation reports determining the market value of the right of ownership of real estate land before division and after division for the purpose of determining the amount of the due adiacency charge in accordance with Article 98a(1) of the Act of 21 August 1997 on real estate management (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 399, as amended) — located in Radom.
