TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the preparation of an opinion on the value of a land property in the form of 1 appraisal report (2 copies of the appraisal report), in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 21 August 1997 on real estate management (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 399, as amended), with the aim of determining: the market value of the ownership right to the land property, designated as plot no. 6/37 with an area of 132 sq m (cadastral unit 0060 – Zamłynie, cadastral sheet 58), located at Garbarska Street in Radom, recorded in Land and Mortgage Register (KW) No. RA1R/00190381/6, for the purpose of sale in an off-the-bid procedure to the perpetual usufructuary. The building located on the land is not subject to valuation. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Chapter V of the SWZ.
