The subject of the contract has been described in Annex A to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract The Contracting Authority, pursuant to Article 112 of the Polish Public Procurement Law (Pzp), sets out the following conditions for participation in the procedure: 1) Economic or financial standing. Contractors may apply for the contract if they have civil liability insurance for the scope of their business activity related to cleaning of facilities for an amount of at least PLN 700,000.00. When submitting an offer for several parts of the contract, the Contractor must have insurance for an amount constituting the product of PLN 700,000.00 and the number of parts for which the Contractor submits an offer.
