TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the procedure is the provision of a service consisting in cleaning premises and maintaining cleanliness therein, together with maintaining cleanliness and cleaning the areas indicated by the Contracting Authority on the following premises: Task 2: Municipal Services Division ”EKO-REGION” sp. z o.o. in Łask at ul. Słowackiego 16, 2) Scope of the service provided by the Contractor: a) Task 1: Municipal Services Division ”EKO-REGION” sp. z o.o. in Skierniewice, ul. Czerwona 7: - cleaning premises with a total area of ~361 sq m on the site of two office-workshop buildings and an outbuilding (porter’s lodge); - cleaning the immediate surroundings in front of the entrances to the office-workshop buildings and the outbuilding (porter’s lodge) with a total area of ~15 sq m; - cleaning the premises and external areas referred to in the points above will be carried out, on each working day from Monday to Friday, between 11:00 and 15:00 by one employee. However, it is stipulated that if the service performance date falls on a day recognised by law as a public holiday or otherwise non-working day, another day for performing the service must be set in the given settlement…
