TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is—under the terms set out in the agreement that will be concluded between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, the SWZ, and in the Contractor’s tender—the successive collection, transport and management of waste received by the Contractor from the Contracting Authority, classified under code 20 01 10 – Clothing and 20 01 11 – Textiles. The waste may be processed exclusively by recovery processes R1 and/or R12, in accordance with the definition of the designation of these processes in the Waste Act of 14.12.2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023.1587, as amended) / Annex IA to Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14.06.2006 on shipments of waste (Journal of Laws EU L 190/1, as amended), whereby “submission to a recovery process” means the start and completion of that process. 2. The subject of the Contract includes: a) Waste classified under code 20 01 10 – Clothing in an amount of 840 Mg and 20 01 11 – Textiles in an amount of 200 Mg collected selectively.
