TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is a sanitary transport service for patients and medical documentation. 2. Name of the subject matter according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary: CPV 60130000-8- transport services. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, estimated quantities and the conditions under which the subject matter of the contract will be performed are specified in the annexes (Annex No. 1 B - description of the subject matter of the contract, Annex No. 6 - draft contract, Annex No. 1 A - tender form). 4. The Contractor, as part of the service provided, is obliged to apply and comply with the provisions of law applicable to the subject matter of the contract, have the relevant authorisations and assume full liability in the event of any breach thereof. 5.
