TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is "Property Insurance: a) Section I – Warsaw Energy Works (WWE) and b) Section II – other assets of the company and liability for business activities" 2. The subject matter of the contract includes: a) insurance of property against all risks (PD), under Sections I and II b) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks (EEI), under Sections I and II c) insurance of machinery and equipment against damage due to breakdown (MB), under Section I d) civil liability insurance for the business activities carried out and the property held (OC), under Section II 3. The contract performance period (insurance period) with regard to: a) Section I, i.e. insurance of the property of WWE, is 18 months (from 15.12.2026 to 15.06.2028) and b) Section II, i.e. insurance of the remaining property of the company and liability for business activities, is 381 days (from 01.06.2027 to 15.06.2028). 1.
