TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is to maintain the buses’ current rolling stock belonging to PKM Katowice Sp. z o. o. in a clean condition (daily (basic) bus cleaning and periodic bus cleaning, 1 time per quarter (carried out mainly on Saturdays and Sundays)). Detailed description is provided in Section III. Description of the subject matter of the contract of the SWZ. 2. Estimated number of buses to be washed and cleaned on a daily basis during the term of the contract, i.e. over a period of 12 months: 2.1. short fleet: approximately 36,500 buses, 2.2. long fleet: approximately 29,000 buses. 3. Estimated number of buses intended for periodic washing and cleaning (one bus per quarter) during the term of the contract, i.e. over a period of 12 months. 3.1. short fleet: approximately 552 buses, 3.2. long fleet: approximately 480 buses. 4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the number of cleanings relative to the number provided that results from changes in the timetable, by +/- 10% of the baseline number specified for a given timetable, at the decision of the Contracting Authority. 1.
