TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the service of maintenance, management, support and servicing of the IP telephony System and the provision of telecommunications services for the Social Insurance Institution (Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych). The telecommunications services will be provided using telecommunications lines made available to the Contracting Authority under this contract. 2. The Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constitutes Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor, excluding key tasks relating to: 3.1. directing the performance of the contract, including performing the function of Project Manager, 3.2. carrying out the Preliminary Analysis, the Plan and the Implementation Project (Stages I–III under the Contract), 3.3. maintenance and management of the Central System, including administering the CUCM cluster, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), Expressway systems and the monitoring system, 3.4. handling service requests with priority P1 and P2 and coordinating the process of removing Failures under the SLA. 4.
