TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is a service consisting of maintenance, management, support and service of the IP Telephony System, and provision of telecommunication services for the Social Insurance Institution (Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych). The telecommunication services shall be provided using telecommunication links made available to the Contracting Authority under this contract. 2. The Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constitutes Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor may entrust performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor, excluding the key tasks concerning: 3.1. directing performance of the contract, including performing the function of Project Manager, 3.2. performing the Initial Analysis, the Plan and the Implementation Project (Stages I–III according to the Contract), 3.3. maintenance and management of the Central System, including administration of the CUCM cluster, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), Expressway systems and the monitoring system, 3.4. handling service requests with priority P1 and P2 and coordinating the Incident remediation process under the SLA. 4.
