Case reference: DNZP.260.71.2026 The subject matter of the contract includes the provision of a service involving supervision and protection of the real property at No. 47 L Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw, which consists of supervising and protecting vehicles parked in the garage hall and carrying out preventive and intervention activities aimed at preventing theft and damage to property. The Contractor is obliged to take all necessary actions to prevent offences against the Contracting Authority’s property, the property of users, and to counteract damage arising from such events, and also to prevent unauthorised persons from entering the protected area. In justified cases, in order to properly perform the scope of the contract, the Contractor is required to use the support of intervention patrols, within the remuneration specified in the contract. The security service will be provided by 1 person on a continuous basis.
