TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) A detailed description of the service constituting the subject of this procedure is included in the "Description of the subject of the contract" which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the draft contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ) (this description should be read together with amendments to the content of the SWZ, e.g., resulting from responses to contractors' inquiries) and the assortment-price sheet constituting Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ. 2) The procedure is conducted applying the procedure referred to in Article 139 of the Act. The contracting authority will apply the so-called reverse order of evaluation, i.e., first it will examine and evaluate the offers, and then it will qualify the contractor whose offer was the highest rated, in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. 3) The contracting authority envisages the possibility for the Contractor to conduct a site visit and check the documents necessary for the execution of the contract available on site at the contracting authority, referred to in Article 131(2) of the Act.
